Refund & Return Policy

At Maison Gateau, we take pride in crafting each cake with care and attention. Since our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns once the order has been delivered or collected.

However, your satisfaction matters to us. If you experience any issue with your order, please review the following:

1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your cake arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the product.
  • We will arrange a replacement or a refund (at our discretion).

2. Change of Mind or Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time.
  • Once your order has been prepared, baked, or delivered, no cancellation or refund will be available.

3. Storage & Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for storing cakes properly after collection or delivery.
  • Maison Gateau is not liable for damages caused by improper storage, handling, or delays in collection.
